Registration for Roundel Roundup will open in Spring 2026. In advance of that date, hotel accomodations are available now and will fill quickly.

Our registration fee to attend this event is $125 per person, which will cover welcome reception on Thursday xnight, a banquet dinner on Saturday evening, T-shirts, our venue rental fees, etc.

Friday, September 25th

• Morning: Driving tour south of Fredericksburg in the Texas Hill Country
• Late Afternoon: Car Show, Wine, Appetizers on the lawn at Arch Ray Winery
• Evening: Small group dinner on your own if you wish

Saturday, September 26th

• Morning: Gimmick Rally
• Lunch: Food truck at the hotel
• Early Afternoon: R/C Gymkhana
• Afternoon: Private, docent-led tour of the Nimitz Museum of the Pacific War
• Evening: Banquet & Awards at the Nimitz Museum

Sunday, September 27tth

• Morning: Enjoy Downtown Fredericksburg
• Afternoon: Head home

Venue

Our host city for the 2nd Annual Roundel Roundup will be Fredericksburg, TX. Deep in the heart of Texas, Fredericksburg, situated amongst rolling limestone hills, spring-fed creeks and the Pedernales River, is a popular spot for wineries, blue bonnets, and German heritage in Texas.

Our host hotel in Fredericksburg is The Inn on Baron's Creek. This is an "all-suite" hotel located just steps from main street in downtown Fredericksburg. Reservations will be available at $119 for Thursday night and $169 per night for Friday and Saturday. We have rooms blocked but they will fill quickly. We recommend you make hotel reservations as soon as possible, in advance of event registration opening.
