All specific events are tentative. We've put together a survey to gauge your interest. Please take 5 minutes to fill out our quick survey and let us know what you're interested in, so we know when and how to schedule events, so they don't overlap!

Thursday May 15th

• Afternoon / evening arrival in Granbury. Registration / check-in.

Friday, May 16th

• Gymkhana - Low speed (timed) parking lot driving activity with fun objectives / obstacles. (See more here)
• Back-roads driving tour
• Group Dinner or small groups on your own

Saturday, May 17th

• Car show (social or optional judged)
• Back-roads driving tour
• Group dinner / banquet

Self-guided either Friday or Saturday

• Fossil Rim Wildlife Center
• Dinosaur State Park
• DriveXotic

Sunday, May 18th

• Head home. Optional self-guided tour through Hico on your way.

Estimated Cost

Our estimated registration fee to attend this event is approximately $150 per person, which will cover welcome reception on Thursday night, a banquet dinner on Saturday evening, car show entry, T-shirts, our venue rental fees, etc.

Our host hotel in Granbury is the freshly remodeled Hilton Garden Inn on Lake Granbury. Reservations will be available at $179 per night.
