Registration for Roundel Roundup will open on February 1st, 2025. In advance of that date, hotel accomodations are available now and will fill quickly.

Our estimated registration fee to attend this event is $125 per person, which will cover welcome reception on Thursday and Friday night, a banquet dinner on Saturday evening, T-shirts, our venue rental fees, etc.

• Lunch on your own in Granbury
• 2:00-5:00pm - Gymkhana: Low speed (timed) parking lot driving activity with fun objectives / obstacles. (See more here)

Venue

Our host city for the innaugural Roundel Roundup will be Granbury, TX. Nestled in the rolling hills southwest of Fort Worth, Granbury is the county seat of Hood County. It has a great town square with shops and restaurants, and sits along the Lake Granbury and the Brazos River.

Our host hotel in Granbury is the freshly remodeled Hilton Garden Inn on Lake Granbury. The hotel sits right on the lake with a boardwalk on the back and lake view rooms available. Reservations will be available at $179 per night. We have rooms blocked but they will fill quickly. We recommend you make hotel reservations as soon as possible, in advance of event registration opening.
